1. Prepare, review, and submit financial reports, reconciliations, journal entries and statements.

2. Research, interpret, and maintain financial records and logs.

3. Maintain ongoing contact with management to understand objectives and challenges.

4. Analyze and monitor compliance with financial, reporting, and legal requirements.

5. Prepare and evaluate financial data, advising management on concerns and recommended actions.

6. Management inventory and fixed asset for accurate financial reporting using Intuit QuickBook.

7. Conduct and assist with strategic financial analysis and planning, supporting company financial goals with Intuit QuickBook.

8. Utilize financial tools for research and analysis (ROI, Cost-Profit, Break-Even) to assess investment feasibility.

9. Conduct financial statements and coordinate projects, including negotiations, to meet financial objectives using QuickBook.

*This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in a state within the Eastern Time Zone to ensure alignment with the team’s core working hours.
