Frontier Investment Group LLC in Wilmington, DE seeks a remote Graphic Designer to perform the following job duties:

  1. Develop and maintain the company’s visual identity by designing logos, typography, color schemes, and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital and print materials to enhance brand recognition.
  2. Create high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, packaging, and advertisements by applying industry trends and design principles, ensuring all assets effectively communicate brand messaging and engage target audiences.
  3. Design and optimize e-commerce store layouts by structuring product categories, refining image presentations, and enhancing the user interface to provide a seamless and visually appealing shopping experience across devices.
  4. Capture, edit, and enhance product photography for digital and print use by utilizing professional tools such as Photoshop and Lightroom, ensuring high-resolution images that showcase product details and improve customer engagement.
  5. Produce multimedia content and promotional videos for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok by integrating motion graphics, animations, and storytelling techniques to increase brand awareness and social media engagement.
  6. Prepare and finalize layouts for print production by working with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, ensuring all designs meet professional printing standards for brochures, packaging, and large-format prints.
  7. Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, retail, and management teams to align design projects with business objectives, ensuring that all visuals support promotional campaigns, product launches, and branding strategies.
  8. Lead and oversee design projects by managing timelines, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining quality control to ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and project goals.
  9. Optimize website functionality and user experience by working with developers to implement features such as ZIP code searches, real-time inventory updates, and interactive design elements that improve navigation and conversion rates.
  10. Ensure consistency and compliance with brand guidelines by reviewing and refining all digital and print materials, maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and marketing channels.
  11. Understand and use the ERP system to manage and update product information, inventory data, and sales status, ensuring smooth integration with the website and accurate real-time updates.
  12. Conduct quarterly analysis of website and social media performance to refine marketing strategies and provide optimization suggestions based on engagement and sales data.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design or other related fields.
  • 6 months of experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or Digital Marketing Specialist.
  • The following skills are required for this position (certifications preferred): Graphic Design, Web Development, UX Design, and Illustration.
