Frontier Investment Group LLC in Cerritos, CA, seeks a Product Designer to perform the following job duties:
- Create advanced, high-fidelity prototypes that simulate real-world data, complex conditional logic, and various API states to validate product experiences before development.
- Define and drive the long-term UX vision and interface strategy across digital platforms, ensuring consistency, usability, and alignment with user needs.
- Translate ambiguous or loosely defined business challenges into clear design frameworks, research strategies, and well-scoped, executable projects.
- Lead the evolution and governance of the organization’s Design System, ensuring scalability across multiple platforms (Web, iOS, Android) while reducing engineering overhead and minimizing design debt.
- Lead the design of high-impact growth experiments across eCommerce and B2B funnels, with a strong focus on measurable KPIs and data-driven optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to design user-centered digital experiences tailored to new market segments.
Minimum Requirements:
•Master’s degree in User Experience Research and Design.
•Expertise in visual design, prototyping, creating wireframes, mockups, design systems, and user research is required. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and a working understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
Full-time position, M-F, 9:00am to 6:00pm, 40 hours per week,
Salary: $90,293/year
